OursI never knew that a heart shattered to dust
could be pieced back together
until you took my hand to help me.
And now this bandaged, bruised heart of mine
is whole again,
and fluttering in my hands.

But the more I look at it,
the more I start to notice...
The pieces of this heart aren't all mine.
There are knife wounds
and scars
that I don't remember being there before.

And the more I notice this,
the more I begin to understand
that these odd pieces
aren't mine at all.

They're yours.

Sometimes the pieces get too small
and just fade away.
Sometimes a broken thing
can't exist on its own anymore.

Both of our hearts
have seen

Binary StarsI breathe my muse to sound poetic.
Controlled words in electro worlds;
A witchcraft of no meaning
Just poetic feeling.

You're a void, filling an agony slot.
Sucking vocabulary cabinets,
Metaphor silhouettes.

…and the colours shine;
reinventing themselves through psychedelic
movements.

I know you're sailing beneath my radar
For I cannot trace your voice.
Your reinvented colours –
Lost in our white noise.

Two binary stars seem amused.
One looks like a bagger poet
And one like a muse.
Would you call it abuse?

Two binary stars getting high.
LSD asteroids drifting in their mind.
They cannot find
What's left behind

EmergenceDon't judge me for what I carry.
You don't feel the weight of these chains.
The disappointment in your eyes only adds to my burden,
making me sink deeper into the mire.
These steel links dig into my flesh,
almost becoming a part of me, defining who I am.
My bones cannot stand this stress.
I want to give in, to give gravity its dues.
But then you will have won, your judgment have come true,
failure in its most prime and pristine condition.
So I stand and take a step under this pressure letting the pain drive me.
I will use this to my advantage,
I will emerge stronger than I have ever been.

realityi’ve emerged from my foggy blue world of silent seclusion
clouds and withdrawal and depression my only company there.
i’ve opened my eyes to a carnival of chaos, hysteria, bright flashing lights
voices chattering, laughing, shouting in the drama and amusement
and somewhere in the tumult, there are bits of happiness for me.
but underneath the bubbling, overwhelming surface
covered with faces, jokes, conversations, and adrenaline-flushed emotions
there’s nothing – not contentment, not anger, not despondence,
not even numbness.
life has meaning now, but not in the places where i expected
and the more human i feel,

ImmortalityMy immortality sworn to kill gods,
Of the highest royalty and strength.
Yet you sear me with icy cold glares,
Of the seamless monster mind,
Making all resistant to death, all
Opposing threats diminish....

you coaxed me to make your plausible games,
And you made me. Mortal. My immortality,
You impaled.

You knock me over senseless,
Reaching down into my steel guts.
And twisting metal like butter.
How I shutter at the thought.
The unthinkable power you wield.
To make me blink over and over and still see,
The blood pouring on my hands.

Immortals don't bleed!
Though feeling the pain,
I watch it drain and seep.

From me, FROM ME!

Ladies and Gentlemen"Welcome to this, the real world,
we'll catch you when you jump,
make the leap and don't look to the chasm below."
Suddenly maliciousness covers the face of kindness,
the face is distorted, a wicked smile flashes to existence,
a demonic visage replaces what I believed to be innocence.
I hear and feel the ruined and lost dreams of those before me.
I can feel the presence of those forgotten.
The eerie voice laughs hauntingly at my stupidity.
"Welcome to this: the REAL world."

Stay ThereIn the dark corners of our minds,
where the past shines brighter
than the things happening now,
we linger in our bliss.

Why don't we just stay there forever, then?

In those places where we once sat,
or spoke, or slept, or dreamed,
we can no longer find any joy...
but still the best memories we hold.

Just stay there.

Linger in the memories...
lose ourselves to the past
and the haunting melodies
that our breathing and sighs made--
that our laughter and cries sang.

Linger forever.

I live in this world
made up of nothing but a brief past
and a dream that I knew all along
could never come true.
The world stood against us both.

Far apart from realitySlow years pass
Like fire making its way to the filter
Burning tobacco on it's way
Clearing the world of filth
Inducing a strict form of pleasure
As the pre-mature suicide banner floats

Fuck ups and sinking love letters
Foam reducing ink to a blur
As the current takes away the remains of a shatterd heart
Stones to break the fall
When hope makes the jump

For ages
Man created love
Slipping past the net of life
As the slow current washed it all away
And takes the past to a vivid intersection
Desicions, failed to make
Crashed upon the web of insecurity
Uncertainty markes the path of evil
And I walk beside it's creator

Blood and TearsYour tears appeared to stain the floor
Unlike your blood, though it did pour
From out your wrists and to the ground
But crying was the only sound

The blade would tremble in your hand
Until you used it once again
But at the time you felt no pain
The crimson kept you somewhat sane

Now with your back against the wall
Your vision fades, you start to fall
Your instincts say you'll soon be dead
And all that you can see is red

Fondest Lovetwenty minutes to midnight
euphoria danced spiritedly
As the moment grew closer
Can't help to feel the pull
Of electrifying elated waves

The warmth of a love growing fonder
Wrapped itself around petty limbs
The simple simplicity of a silk sheet
So inviting, soft and gentle
Against woken skin
the ground would only
Prove unsuitable
For such an ebullient
Beauty

A rush pushes forth onto
A body so surprised and amazed
By such a wondrous voice
Implicating wonderful intentions
Intentions that came to be true
Strawberry flavored delights sent
In waves and full shivers
Directly to a mind
Already in a coaxed high
As it keeps beco

I opened my eyes:
Quiet thoughts said
They still stayed closed,
Yet here flooded monsters
From unborn, undead lands.
I started up, fell down,
Cried, dashed and dove
Among thickets of dark shapes;
Then on me propounded, impounded,
They captured and supplanted.
Crushed, I saw that world we all dread:
That forbidden dark corridor
Past space and time,
And the chancellor of the dead,
Drumming to demons chants
And choruses of fallen leaves.
And I knew, I knew it as reality . . .
But this unrest was only a part of sleep
And sleep I did.

The photo is very beautiful as is the poems, sometimes spontaneous words are by far the best if they do not come easily some of the magic of the poem may be lost. Very nicely done
