Looks like a still from one of those movies where something huge and terrible happens to an otherwise mundane part of life; like a volcano erupting under Los Angeles; an alien attack in an H.G. Wells remake with Tom Cruise; or maybe here a pollution storm overcoming a seaside resort. I am not sure what the story of the work is attempting to be and in art I always look for story first - - for the narrative in the piece.
I do like the HDR impact on the motion of the bus. I have not really been attracted to that much HDR although I have been frequently impressed with the technique. The way it deals with the motion is quite interesting.
The image is over-saturated when you get to the grass in the background. Isolating that portion of the image and making it less hot might greatly improve the impact of the bus.
